The cornerstone of our retreats is an incredible transdisciplinary team of skilled and experienced facilitators. We are dedicated to providing our guests the opportunity to benefit from the potential of the magic mushrooms to catalyse a life changing experience. For us it is not a job or a hobby, but a way of life. The centre has facilitated ceremonies for thousands of people since 2006, collaborating with keepers of ancestral knowledge. We have integrated several shamanic plant traditions and blended it with our own European roots. We have used this experience to finetune an authentic balance between indigenous traditions, modern Western culture and scientific knowledge. This gives our organisation a strong foundation of professional standards, safety protocols and ethics.
The main difference between us and other retreat centers is that we live at this place as well. You visit us as our personal guest, you are intemately involved in our off grid lifestyle and philosophy. You eat the veggies that we cultivate. so you can experience first-hand how it feels to live in closer connection to nature.
The Retreat Location
The Nature Temple is a 140 m2 square work of art, organically built with thick trunks and curly branches, coloured glass and clay. The majestic floor is a combination of wood and marble and has a beautiful fire place in the centre which gives the space splendour. The 7 diameter geodesic dome-shaped vault at the green roof functions as a galactic clock through which you can watch the celestial constellations at night.
We are off grid, this means we are not connected to regular systems for water, gas, sewage and electricity. We make use of compost toilets, rainwater shower, solar panels and wood-burning stoves. We have invested in new facilities that are easy to use. At several places in the garden you will find fantastic swinging chairs for the ulimate chill out feeling. On the south-side of the garden you will find a big sun-deck. The perfect place for adoring the sun or moonshine, watching the cows in the field. Around the centre you will find all kind of artworks from natural materials like metal, wood or bones. The icon of the Nature Temple is the white dragon, keeper of the treasure.
