Shifting My Life's Focus

The Shift Retreat had such a big impact on me. It really did shift my life’s focus. As well as helping with the depression I had been suffering for the 10 years prior, I’m so much more connected, present and compassionate to people around me (and to myself) than I’ve ever felt before. Coupled with COVID, with its devastating impact on my international career, my life’s focus has shifted quite dramatically. I’ve always been involved in helping others and a splinter in my mind has always had me doubt diving into this area of interest more fully. The Shift helped change that. I have applied for, and just this week been accepted into, a Research Masters in Psychology and Counselling.
