Genuinely profound experience

In February I found the heart wellness retreat by chance when another retreat I had booked fell through, I can honestly say that it was the best thing that could have happened. I have had one of the most eye opening, heartwarming and profound experiences of my life. As a former soldier, lifelong extreme sportsperson and self confessed science geek I do not say this lightly. Bianca & Fatima are some of the most thoughtful, kind and welcoming people I have met in my life. When I arrived it was like getting home to a family I hadn’t met yet. It is a comfortable quiet place with everything you need. Fatima and Bianca are such great hosts always on hand and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very chilled and a great team together. I went into this with an open mind but a lot of questions about the ceremonies, the science and the spiritual aspects and they were all catered to emotionally, spiritually and in a grounded manner. One of the special things about this retreat is its like being at a friends house while being guided and supported through some profound opportunities to learn, heal and seek for the answers to so many questions in life. The retreat i attended was 3 days but due to travel arrangements i arrived early and stayed for 5 days. I didn’t know so much could be done in such a short space of time. The ceremonies were intense stepping outside of any comfort zones I could imagine but spectacular with guidance and support from Bianca & Fatima throughout. The experience & feelings during and after are truly remarkable there aren’t words to describe fully what you go through. The group and individual sharing sessions do really help to make some sense of what is happening. That said some of this experience has been well beyond any reality I have known of in my own life. I have danced with the gods and faced my own reality in new dimensions. I highly recommend you attend a retreat if you are looking to heal, learn or experience life in its fullest dimensions. This truly is a step outside of your comfort zone and into the fullest dimensions of reality.
