Hi, my name is Christina Robles, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing experiential psychedelic assisted therapy. As a Mental Health Advocate of Puerto Rican descent, born and raised in the South Bronx, I completed my MA in Community Mental Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, CA. I currently provide telehealth services remotely and am clinically trained to work with folks in the state of California. As a Psychedelic Integration Therapist with an interest in transpersonal states of consciousness, I offer pre-journey preparation and post-journey integration services for folks interested in therapeutic support and mental health counseling as an adjunct to Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. I seek to support your therapeutic process by taking great care to maintain the safety and integrity of the therapeutic container. I specialize in helping survivors of trauma build emotional intelligence and develop appropriate coping skills to manage stress by providing a safe space for my clients to move through their feelings and achieve a state of emotional regulation. As a trauma informed practitioner, I approach my work with cultural and spiritual humility. While working with client’s, I believe in providing a warm, relaxing, and empathetic environment. I am highly attuned and attentive to the needs of each client, using a distilled variety of interventions. I strive to help my clients structure their goals into manageable action steps and am trained to work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, post-traumatic stress disorder, suicidal ideation, complex trauma, and expanded or non-ordinary states of consciousness.
