Beautiful and humble Ayahuasca experience (1st timer)

I attended the 7 day retreat at New Life Ayahuasca. I had a wonderful and transformational experience with Matt, Jeanae and Drew. They made my first Ayahuasca experience very humble and safe. The meals were amazing. Im vegan and mostly gluten free and I was always accommodated. The food is super healthy and fresh. Jeanae lead super relaxing yoga classes the morning of each of the three Ayahuasca ceremonies. The massage with Fernando was truly my best massage I ever had so I booked him again for later in the week. The trip to the waterfall was a welcoming break too. I saw my first blue morpho butterfly. Every night the team setup a fire overlooking the rainforest towards the ocean. I loved the clear sight of the stars and the moon. It was so clear and purifying.  The property is on 16 acres and has plenty of trails at 3500 ft elevation. The hot tub and pool are just great and available 24/7. I opted for a private room despite having come down with my partner. There are options to stay in a room together as well. I found it very important to have my own private space to reflect and process each ceremony by myself. The total group is 9 people max and it felt just right. I felt very close with each participant towards the end of the week. The retreat felt very homie and not like a resort or hotel. I thought I was walking in my own living room. The three cats on the property make for extra entertainment. Matt and Jeanae are very humble and loving and are openly sharing their own transformation. I felt very taken care of. The pickup from the airport is very easy too. If you are not a well traveled person, you will be just fine. I hope to be back very soon. Ayahuasca definitely impacted my life and Im glad I experienced it with New Life Ayahuasca. I can only recommend them to anybody. Pura Vida!
