Life changing experience

I attended one of the psychedelic retreats back in June and I can honestly say that the experience as a whole exceeded my expectations. Firstly I would like to say that I felt very well looked after, all the staff were very attentive and were always checking up on the guests. This atmosphere naturally made me more relaxed and allowed me to go deeper in the trip. I wasn't sure if I would be able to join the mountain walk as I had a broken foot but Sanson (the retreat leader) made it possible, by driving me up the mountain on his motorbike! The food was amazing, Yoga and meditation were very relaxing. It was both a social and personal experience, i felt as a group we all really connected and shared allot despite the short time we spent together. I took allot away from this experience and would like to say a big thanks to the Mezquita team. Much love, Alfie. 🙏🏽
