Soul Remedy is a Seattle based group that hosts yearly retreats in Cusco Peru as well as local plant aided meditations and workshops in Seattle.
In Peru we will be working with the great power plants of Peru: Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Rapé in a deeply focused shamanic healing retreat. To support this work we are also including ceremony with the decedents of the Inca - the Q'ero natives of the Andes. After the retreat there is an optional mushroom ceremony as well. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity!
We work with the best healers around in Peru - Lesley Myburgh is also known as "la Gringa" and there are numerous books written about her work with San Pedro. Kush is an Ayahuasquero who has been working with the medicine 50 years. The Q'ero healers we work with are known as the most traditional and authentic healers in all of Peru. We also get to visit many sacred temples in Peru like Machu Picchu and Pisac, and all of our ceremonies are hosted at the Temple of the Moon.
In Seattle we focus on day long meditations with plants like Salvia Divinorum, Tobacco, Amanita Muscaria and Tobacco or Rapé.

Medicine

Ayahuasca contains only Ayahuasca vine (caapi) and chacruna. San Pedro is a special recipe but the only psychoactive ingredient is San Pedro. Rapé is tobacco with tree ash and sometimes we may add chacruna or yopo if you like.

We stay in very comfortable and beautiful private rooms next to the Temple of the Moon just outside of Cusco.

When you book a retreat for us we take care of the rest - so we pick you up directly at the airport when you arrive and will drop you back off at the airport after the retreat. We make everything easy for you so that you can focus on your ceremonies and enjoying visits to the temples.

Accommodation and facilities

Transfer from airport is available.

Environment

Music that is played during session

During Ayahuasca ceremony Kush is assisted by his wife and 3 apprentices - they all make music together. They channel special icaros taught to them by the plant spirits and accompany the icaros with different exotic instruments. It is some of the most beautiful music you will hear in your life. During San Pedro there is minimal music - mostly relaxing and uplifting background music. During Rapé and mushroom ceremonies there are traditional Quechua and Shipibo style icaros as well as more uplifting songs in English and Spanish.
