My 2 experiences with Guided Tripping

In 2022 I have done 2 experiences with Guided Tripping. The first at the beginning of the year with Hanneke, and the second at the end with April. The combination of both experiences turned out to be exactly what I needed and it has had such an amazing influence on my life. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the safe space they both provided. Even though they have their own approaches to the experience and you can sense a difference, I have always felt welcoming, cared for, safe and rooted for - everything was there for me to lean back and really explore the complete depth and possibility of the trip. You can really feel that you are in good hands and that as guides they have all the wisdom, experience and knowledge to be there for you. They were both open for my own input, but also knew exactly what to do to get me in a direction that I needed to go. And sometimes it was challenging, but through their loving manner it always felt safe and that's I think the most important part in a journey like this. If you are interested in doing an experience, I would definitely recommend it (and this is a huge understatement). Just schedule an intake with the guide you feel drawn to and check in what feels good. The expertise of all is amazing, so that's something you don't have to worry about.
