Moth ”- Information Project on Harm Reduction from Drug Use, implemented in 2004 by PLW (people living with drug addiction) in Ukraine. Today the web portal “Motylek” is an absolutely independent platform reflecting our reality through the eyes of drug addicts themselves. Also, within the framework of this portal, one of the largest drug forums in the Russian Internet has been functioning for 15 years . Drug addiction, drugs, the drug scene and everything that is included in concepts such as "drug policy" and "drug culture" - for many of us has become an integral part of life.
