Retreat yourself to the countryside of the Netherlands to arrive at inner peace and stillness. You get an introduction to Mindfulness meditation, and we'll practice guided and silent meditations in a small group of like-minded people. Optionally, we will combine the meditation with a microdose of Magic Truffles to explore their strengthening synergy. Two powerful tools of awareness that help us to cultivate presence and stillness in this busy world.
Mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness is a practice in which you give attention to your thoughts, emotions, and body. Practitioners develop an awareness of everything that happens in our busy minds and bodies, and how we relate to the world around us. They report improvement in attention, relations, and resilience to stress.
In 3 workshops Tim introduces you to the Mindfulness practice and the science behind it.
Microdosing psychedelics
Microdosing psychedelics is the act of consuming sub-perceptual (unnoticeable) amounts of a psychedelic, while still producing a detectable benefit. While the effect is (almost) unnoticeable, it can influence the sense of awareness during meditation, and allow one to go deeper into meditation.
Note that Magic Truffles are legal in the Netherlands
Your participation and the dosage will be discussed in mutual agreement based on your previous experience with meditation and psychedelics
People who take specific types of medication or have a history of depression or strong trauma are not able to participate
This is not the place and time to consume medium or higher doses of psychedelics
