This is the fourth edition of our Interdisciplinary Conference on Psychedelic Research (ICPR). The conference will be held in the beautiful city of Haarlem, The Netherlands, from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 April 2020.

Interdisciplinarity

ICPR 2020 is an ambitious academic conference focused on high quality scientific and scholarly research into psychedelics. It provides a platform for the dissemination of cutting edge research findings and aims to facilitate a dialogue between diverse academic fields involved in the study of psychedelics.

ICPR will host keynote lectures, panel discussions, poster presentations, and practically oriented workshops for therapists, researchers and clinicians.

Critical Perspectives & Reflexivity

In addition to the presentation of novel research findings, ICPR stresses the importance of addressing biases and blind spots in psychedelics research, encouraging reflective and critical engagement. We invite our speakers to contribute to a constructive discourse that considers ethical standards and research practices in light of their broader implications for society.

Diversity & Inclusiveness

ICPR also aims to be a podium for the wide variety of ideas, contexts, disciplines, perspectives, localities, and individuals involved in psychedelic research. We seek to support and amplify the voices of researchers whose social or economic circumstances put them at a significant disadvantage to attending this conference. To facilitate this, we will offer scholarships to researchers from countries who have limited means to join the conference but whose perspectives bring added value to ICPR.
